From the NORTH: (Cranberry, Butler, Zelienople, New Castle)
Take I-79 South to the Cranberry Exit 228
Follow road signs to Route 19. (Perry Highway)
From Route 19 South, turn left onto Freeport Road.
Turn right onto Sheraton Drive.
When you enter the Sheraton Hotel Lobby, to the right of the registration desk is a set of double glass doors. Go through those glass doors and you will gain access to the Business Suite elevator. Take that elevator to the second floor and we are Business Suite 220.
From the SOUTH: (Beaver, Sewickley, Carnegie and the airport)
Take I-79 North and merge onto Perry Highway US 19 North via exit 76 on the left toward Cranberry.
Turn right onto Freeport Road.
Turn right onto Sheraton Drive.
When you enter the Sheraton Hotel Lobby, to the right of the registration desk is a set of double glass doors. Go through those glass doors and you will gain access to the Business Suite elevator. Take that elevator to the second floor and we are Business Suite 220.
From the Turnpike I-76.
Follow US Route 19 South (Perry Highway exit).
Turn left onto Freeport Road then, turn right onto Sheraton Drive and end at Four Points by Sheraton.
We are located inside the Four Points Sheraton. When you enter the Sheraton Hotel Lobby, to the right of the registration desk is a set of double glass doors. Go through those glass doors and you will gain access to the Business Suite elevator. Take that elevator to the second floor and we are Business Suite 220.

From the EAST - Pittsburgh to Carnegie Office: (going towards airport)
Take I-376 West. Go through tunnel.
Merge onto US – 279. Take exit 1-B toward Rosslyn Farms.
Bear left at the “y” in the road. At the stop sign, turn left.
You will go over a bridge that crosses the Parkway. Once on the other side, you will go down the hill, and bear right and go up the small hill to the stop sign. “Extended Stay America” will be on your left. At the stop sign, go straight. This crosses over North Bell Avenue directly into our parking lot for Building One. Enter through the front entrance of Building One. Our office is on the first floor, suite 140. From the lobby you turn left and we are the first office. You will see “Passport Health” Suite 140 on the wall beside the door.
From the South …Washington, West Virginia, Ellsworth, Belle Vernon to Carnegie
Take I-79 toward Erie/Washington, Bridgeville.
Take Exit 57 toward Carnegie. Keep right at the fork to go on Noblestown Road.
Noblestown Road becomes West Main Street.
Continue going straight until you come to a “T” in the road. Turn left onto Chestnut Street. You’ll see signs for “Carnegie Office Park”. At stop sign, turn left onto Rosslyn Road. At the next stop sign, turn left onto Bell Avenue. Bell Avenue turns into North Bell Avenue as you go up a hill. Just as you go past “Extended Stay America” on your right, Building One will be on your left. Turn into Building One parking lot on the left. Our office is on the first floor, suite 140. From the lobby you turn left and we are the first office. You will see “Passport Health” Suite 140 on the wall beside the door.
From the West (airport to Carnegie)
Take the parkway 279 to the Carnegie exit.
Take the Carnegie exit, then loop around and get back on the parkway by making a left to get on the other side of the Parkway heading West. Take exit 1-B toward Rosslyn Farms.
Bear left at the “y” in the road. At the stop sign, turn left.
You will go over a bridge that crosses the Parkway. Once on the other side, you will go down the hill, and bear right and go up the small hill to the stop sign. “Extended Stay America” will be on your left. At the stop sign, go straight. Tip: If you can’t find Building One, look for a small green sign, two feet off the ground saying “ Building 1, 2, 3, 4.” on the right hand side of the road.

To Monroeville from the Parkway:
Take Exit 14-A
When you go down the ramp it will bring you out on Route 48. Stay in right hand lane.
At the 1st traffic light, turn right onto Route 22.
****Come down about a mile, stay in the right hand lane.
You will come to a four way intersection. Turn right at the Rite Aid onto Center Road. On the right, look for Williamsburg Place Office Building and pull into our parking lot. We are located on the first floor, Suite 102. Enter through the front of the building.
From the Turnpike:
After getting off the turnpike, bear left to “MONROEVILLE BUSINESS 22-WEST”. Do not get on the Parkway 22-West! From this point it is one mile on Business 22 West. Stay in right hand lane. You will come to a four way intersection. Turn right at the Rite Aid onto Center Road. On the right, look for Williamsburg Place Office Building and pull into our parking lot. We are located on the first floor, Suite 102. Enter through the front of the building.

At the intersection of Routes 30 and 981, head North on 981 towards Latrobe. Just beyond the first traffic light on the left side is a one story professional office building. BP gas station is across the intersection. Passport Health is listed on the signage beside the road. Park in the lot behind the building. Our office is in the back of the building.

When you come to the intersection Route 30 and Fruitville Pike, take Fruitville Pike towards the Overlook Golf Course and Penn Rose Park. Take the 2nd right off Fruitville Pike onto Farmington Lane. We are at 150 Farmington Lane. Parking is all around the building. Go into front of building, up the stairs and to the left.

From the PA Turnpike 76:
From I-70 E/I-76 E/Pennsylvania Turnpike Continue to follow I-76 E/Pennsylvania Turnpike Partial toll road toward Harrisburg.
Take exit 236 for Gettysburg Pike/US-15 N toward Harrisburg/Gettysburg Partial toll road.
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Harrisburg.
Keep left at the fork to continue toward US-15 N and merge onto US-15 N.
Turn left at Carlisle Pike/Market St. Passport Health will be on the right.
Passport Health is at the corner of Market St. and 34th. We are directly across the street from the Integrity Bank. Go up to the building and around to the front.
From Interstate 81:
Head northeast on I-81 N toward Exit 16E.
Take exit 59 to merge onto Harrisburg Expy/PA-581 E toward Camp Hill/US-11.
Take exit 3 for Carlisle Pike/US-11 S.
Turn left at Carlisle Pike/US-11 Continue to follow Carlisle Pike.
Continue on Market St.
Passport Health is at the corner of Market St. and 34th. We are directly across the street from the Integrity Bank. Go up to the building and around to the front.
From Interstate 83:
Head south on I-83 S/Memorial Hwy.
Take exit 4 for PA-851 E.
Turn left at E Forrest Ave/PA-851.
Turn left to merge onto I-83 N.
Take exit 41A to merge onto Harrisburg Expy/PA-581 W toward Camp Hill.
Take exit 5A for US-15 N/Camp Hill/US-11 N.
Merge onto US-11 N/US-15 N.
Turn left at Market St.

From West Chester:
Take PA 202 N. to Pottstown Pike/PA 100 N towards Exton. Turn right onto Swedesford Rd. Go to the 500-600 Entrance and turn right. Park in front of the building that houses 556.
From Downingtown:
Take Lincoln Hwy/PA 30 towards Exton. Turn left onto Pottstown Pike/PA 100. Turn right onto Swededford Road. Go to the 500-600 Entrance and turn right. Park in front of the building that houses 556.
